We offer bottom fishing for flounder. Some anglers refer to flounder as fluke. Limits are 10 per person. This rod bending fishing is great for those who are looking have a hands on fishing experience, and the rod doubles over when fish are on. Flounder are perfect for a fish fry and other recipes. This is a white flaky fish. It is not uncommon to hook into other species of fish too, which we carefully release unharmed.
Folks we are fishing for Pink Salmon right now. It should be red hot until September 10 and then we will roll right into Coho Salmon.
We have Coho Salmon fishing opportunities from June 1st to October. Coho Salmon fight hard and are great table fare. Limits are two per person. Coho size varies depending on the time of the year. Weight is somewhere between 4 - 16 lbs. We depart out of Everett, WA.
On Saturday November 9, the Everett Steelhead and Salmon Club in conjunction with the Everett Parks & Community Services Department are hosting a River Fishing Clinic from 9 AM to 12:00 PM. It will be held at the Floral Hall at Forest Park in Everett. 802 E Mukilteo Dr. Everett, WA. Follow the directions on the A boards at the park entrance. This event is FREE and open to the public. I will provide two seminars on where and how to catch steelhead on the Snohomish River system for this coming season, Specifically drift fishing techniques and floating jigs.
