Rich Olson grew up fishing Puget Sound with his father. With over 40 years experience fishing Puget Sound, Captain Rich knows how to find fish.
“I remember when my dad would take me out to Possession Bar, just at the south tip of Whidbey Island, he really taught me a tremendous amount about fishing, and I have kept those memories and experiences to share with others who fish with me. Depending on the tide, the bait and the fish will get pushed up onto this shallow shelf, which is known as Possession Bar. The fishing can be amazing, depending on the time of year.” Rich Olson

Jon Blank – Pro BASS Angler & Guide
Jon Blank is one of the hardest working tournament Bass anglers around. Jon grew up fishing the area rivers on the Olympic Peninsula chasing Steelhead, Salmon and Trout. Later, he moved to the Puget Sound area and continued the outdoor lifestyle hunting archery deer and elk and fall upland bird hunting throughout the Pacific Northwest for more than 30 years.
Jon’s outdoor background is very diverse. I really enjoy hunting and fishing with Jon and I am glad he is on the team. He is very knowledgeable and makes people feel very comfortable whether on the water or in the field.
Doug Saint-Deni
Jon is actively involved in fishing the Northwest Bass Tournament Circuit where he and his partner placed in the top 5 for Anglers of the Year, and notably winning the Banks Lake Opener in April 2012.
He has always enjoyed giving back to the sports he enjoys by helping others share in the success he has been blessed with. His purpose is to educate and teach those who want to gain further knowledge of the sport of BASS fishing, upland hunting and dog training, so they can be more successful in the field and enjoy the wonderful outdoors.
Jon is fully licensed and insured for sport fishing services in Washington state.
He runs a new Cayman 21 foot bass boat and can take up to two anglers for private lessons BASS fishing area waters. Jon fishes St.Croix rods, Abu Garcia Reels, Vicious fishing line, Vision Hooks & Tackle and more!

Nathan Shepker – Full time Fly Fishing Guide
We get so many calls for fly fishing each year. I am very happy to have Nathan Schepker as an associate guide and team member. Nathan is a full time guide and he owns Top Fly Guides just outside Ellensburg, WA. Nathan is very passionate about his craft.

Top Fly Guide Service is all about providing excellent service to the customer. They fish for trout year around. In May they start fishing for smallmouth bass on the lower Yakima River.
They will switch from fishing smallmouth bass on the lower Yakima River to fishing trout between May and the end of June, when the water gets too low for bass.
At the end of June Nathan switches gears to full-time trout fishing. Depending on the flows beginning in July, he will offer summer-run steelhead on the Klickitat River. In the fall, he bounces back and forth from the Yakima River to the Klickitat River fishing for trout and steelhead.
Nathan thoroughly enjoys what he does and takes out a wide variety of anglers. Whether it is someone’s first trip or you are an experienced angler, he gets the same amount of pleasure out of fishing with folks.
