Scenic and eco trips are available on the Wild & Scenic Skagit River and the Skykomish River. Other areas by request.
The Skagit River is one of the most scenic rivers in the Pacific Northwest. Between late fall and winter, view the largest wintering population of Bald Eagles in the United States on the Upper Skagit River. This amazing sight draws visitors from around the world. Ridge to River Outdoors will put you in a position to view these magnificent raptors, as they roost in the trees lining the banks and feed on fish on the gravel bars.
If you have not viewed the wintering population of Bald Eagles on the Skagit River, you have missed out on an unbelievable sight! Call or email to book your trip now!
The Skykomish River is also another beautiful river for viewing wildlife. Bald Eagles, osprey, deer and more can be seen.
Scenic Trips are available in two options. First, Ridge to River Outdoors offers scenic trips in our 23 1/2 foot Alumaweld Super-Vee Pro jet sled, which comfortably seats six. Trips are three hours long. You will be brought back to the place you are picked up, so you do not have to drive back down the road to pick up your vehicle.
Most importantly, you can stay warm and dry in our heated boats. Ridge to River Outdoors is fully licensed and insured and has the appropriate permits from the U.S. Forestry to operate on the Wild and Scenic Skagit River.
